Hello everyone,

I'm Dean from Olympia, WA. I currently work as an occupational therapist at a skilled nursing facility. As a clinician who works with seniors, I see a lot of people wish to return to their residence after they are discharged from the facility. As a precautionary measure, I do something called Home safety evaluation, which is clinicians utilize their knowledge on home environment safety to identify safety hazards in one's residence in order to maintain the quality life in their own environment. My passion is modifying residential places for senior, so they can prolong their life in their own environment, and eventually develop my own senior residential complex. However, I have zero experience in the field and have tons of learning to do understand the field. While I was searing the web for planning my next step, I found this website. Hopefully, I learn and grow in this community and share my happy story in the future.

Welcome to BP @Dean Kim  good for you for caring about the elderly. From a business perspective it is certainly a growing market. It is also a market I thin ripe for innovation to better help the elderly.
