Sometimes it's hard to justify what seems to be overinflated pricing on some of the houses in that area so would love to hear your thoughts or maybe even see the stats on that market.

For the past 25 years we have been one of a few GC's in this area, but now we are starting to see the big guys come in (Castle Rock, Chesmar, Lennar, etc.).
