Weekly market activity data and reports are provided by ShowingTime and are updated on Mondays by 2:00 pm, once received. U.S. home prices have increased by more than 47% since 2020, according to a recent analysis by ResiClub of the Case-Shiller National Home Price Index, outpacing the growth of the 1990s and 2010s, which saw prices rise 30.1% and 44.7%, respectively. Analysts say home price growth this decade is on track to surpass the growth of the 2000s; when home prices rose 47.3% in the Charlotte region. 

For the week ending June 8: New Listings increased 15.4% to 1,258. Pending Sales increased 7.3% to 968. Inventory increased 33.8% to 7,439

For the month of May: Median Sales Price increased 3.9% to $400,000. List to Close decreased 3.6% to 80 Percent of Original List Price Received- decreasing 0.2% to 97.8%. List to Close increased 3.6% to 87 Percent of Original List Price Received-decreasing 1.1% to 96.2%. Months Supply of Homes for Sale increased 43.5% to 3.3 months
