@Tom Chang I'm in NYC right now (born and raised) looking to move to the Vegas area as early as possible next year and start investing (virus permitting).

I have $50K budgeted to build the ADU and luckily we dumped all our other investments into the acreage just before the corona virus sunk the market.

You need 20% down and a Score of 740 or better and a JOB that has not been interrupted by the the Virus shutdown. 30 year fixed loans can be 3.28%.
