@Henri MeliGood advice from @Brian EastmanOur company does it both ways but I Personally prefer holding the property directly in the Ira over the LLC checkbook approach -for anonymity and ease of reporting and how it fits into my asset protection strategy.

With the uncertainy though it may be worth a conversation with them to see about them carrying back some of the note just to ease your financial burden some (though 7% is insane for HML so great job there!!).
