Fyi, i found some that looks like old grey wood at floor, decor and more for $1.34 sq ft on close out, bought all they had approximately 2000 sq ft., which works out for the 3 unit i just bought with approximately 600 sq ft per unit.

I'd like to let someone in LA use the decorations since we may end up having a more permanent place again here someday and I'd love to have the option of getting it back. 

Do we leave all our current furnishings which does include fall decorations or do we wait until we move everything out and take pictures with a bare house.

The work is on a pitched roof, as well as a decorative piece in the front that contains an old built-in gutter system that needs some TLC.

I want them to decorate my own house!

Obviously most of the work would be setting the theme and decor ourselves, but finding a house with some legitimate history to it could have the attraction of coming at a $ deal (i.e. if someone died in it) and would add to the character.

My 14 year old daughter (who loves decorating and staging) and I hit every garage sale, flea market, and facebook marketplace we could to find nice but affordable furniture and housewares to make this place a home.
