Travelling Nurses & Oil and Gas STR marketing / managing

I have a 4-unit property (all 2 BR, 1 BA), that I'll rent by the room.  I'm catering primarily to Oil & Gas contractors (pipe-fitters, electricians, etc.), then to traveling nurses.  Are there others that you'd recommend marketing to?  It would also make solid corporate housing.  We're providing all utilities, including Wi-Fi, plus laundry.  

It's in Lima, OH.  

The property performed great during a LT shutdown outperforming my projections on the revenue side before my business partner stole from the company, including rents etc.

Marketing

I'm starting the business again, and need to get the place marketed well. Where are the best places to market to these workers?

Management

I'm assuming I'll need to market multiple places.  How do I best manage the calendar if I market through multiple channels - do I just do it in Excel / googlesheets?  (I don't plan to have tons of properties....Maybe 4 at my peek so don't want to invest in a complex system.

Credit Cards  

What do you deem the best payment method?  I took credit cards before and loved it for the convenience, but it costs a good amount.
