Newly Renovated Guest Home - Airbnb/VRBO Decorating/Furnishing
Just getting ready to wrap up a renovation of a guest house and I believe I'll be trying out to get this out as short-term rental. With that being said, I've got a blank slate of a 2BR/1BA home that I'm needing to fill (everything except appliances).
Was wondering if more sophisticated short-term rental investors had a general outline/spreadsheet of the furnishings that they purchase to fill their rentals. Main focus is a balance of cost vs. quality. I've already got my hands on one spreadsheet which has been great, but always looking for other opinions/feedback. Am not an interior designer by any means...
Thanks in advance!
