As a mom of 3 boys (all grown now) I understand both the overwhelm and the urgency you're feeling.

There is no urgency and no emotion with an REO.

This gives them a sense of urgency to get you the deposit.

I understand the urgency of sending out so many letters but let's face it- if you cannot really take the lead properly then you will not be serving them well.

I've dealt with a few wholesales, but to be the honest sense of urgency has been less than favorable.

I don't want to continue to use the same letter, now I want to get a bit more Personal and say things like " I have sent you a few letters and am still searching for homes in this area"  I kinda want to create a sense of URGENCY.

Seems like you need to find someone who has some urgency.
