Frustration level on the rise

Hello all.....a few weeks I decided to move forward by looking into the flipping business. I don't want to get in too deep, so we have decided to stay below a certain number. We are having a hard time finding a property to start our venture. Any help, suggestion, input would be great. I've dealt with a few wholesales, but to be the honest sense of urgency has been less than favorable. Any help would be great. If someone is looking for partners, I would be happy to discuss as well.
