Any Investor friendly real estate agents in Metro-Detroit?

Currently looking at purchasing two "buy and hold" properties but having a hard time finding a real estate agent that is knowledgeable about investing in real estate. The ones I've been attempting to work with keep having schedule issues and long story short, I just lost out on a 4 unit home in the Pontiac area. Does anyone have someone they recommend?

Besides that, I'm also working on a flip as well.

@Jeff Rabinowitz: I can uphold my end of theach deal. But I wanted to get comps on a property (3bd,2bath and 1500sqft) and ask him for similar properties in a .5 mile radius, sold in the last 12 months. Yet I get back every property sold on the MLS in the last 2 years in a mile radius. :(
