On the agent side of things, start building your database now...it can be as simple as a spreadsheet or a free one like Hubspot, but you're going to want a way to keep track of prospects, leads, and SOI (sphere of influence). 

Due to Covid-19 there are a lot more opportunities available in the market.I've read a lot of business books and some of the top on my list are "Think and Grow Rich", "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", "The Intelligent Investor", "The Art of War", "Mastery", and "How to Win Friends and Influence People" (PS. there are many more, but too many to list).
