You then need an assignment agreement between you and the end buyer that dictates the fee and their duties in the transaction.

( I should have known that feeling would not last)I stated that he should be compensated since I would have payed the landscaper anyway.Nothing further was said.now 5 months later he is requesting that he be paid for these past months.I have three issues with this 1) no discussion about frequency, quality expected, or compensation was really ever discussed. 2) I only have his word that he performed yard duties twice a month.

The $107 I assume includes similar PM duties, but without additional pay.

ChrisAs an old Vet myself it's a pleasure Chris.In fact one is still active duty in SK & is here for a month staying with us.We got him an excellent deal/return with the money he had saved.These kids are hard workers & just needed a break.

As long as someone else is taking care of the day-to-day duties and responsibilities, and all you have to do is collect a check, then it's not so bad when you have the right people on your team.
