Hello my name is Darin Kennedy and I'm looking to get started in the Real Estate investment biz hopefully as a final career move. I'm retired Air Force (20 years) and currently employed at the University of Central Florida as a Sr Business Analyst.

I've been studying investing off and on for almost 10 years now and I'm ready to put what I've learned into practice. I stumbled onto the BP website by accident amidst a Google search. I'm thankful to have such a wealth of free information and powerful networking tool at my fingertips.
