How many contracts needed for a wholesale?
My question is how many forms are necessary to do a wholesale deal? Is it one contract that I use for the seller and a separate one for the buyer? Or, is it one contract that I use for both by filling in the blanks when I go along? What are these contracts typically called?

Most board contracts state if the contract can or can't be assigned and whether the seller has to agree in writing. Make sure your contract states that it CAN be assigned without the sellers approval. You then need an assignment agreement between you and the end buyer that dictates the fee and their duties in the transaction.
