Maybe several different BBQ pits, gas, charcoal, smoker.

One cigarette butt is harmless, 330 million per hour is not harmless and is unethical.

I start by emailing them my list of requirements:1) No smokers or tobacco users2) Pets under 25 lbs only3) 2 years on the job 4) 2 years positive rental experience5) No evictions or bankruptcies6) 2.5 times rent documented take home salary7) Minimum credit score of 600.

I carry insurance for that tenant who falls asleep with a cigarette in my non-smoking rental and burns it to the ground. 

But one was a smoker.

Hi, I’m looking to invest in a duplex where the previous owner was a heavy smoker.

A tenant has smoked in a non-smoking property. It's obvious by the smell, but I'd like to find a more concrete way to prove that she has smoked in the unit. What is the remediation?  

The cigarette butts are total laziness and disrespectful.
