It's been a while since I lived in Marin.

About two years ago I graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and have been working on the Houston Ship Channel since.     

The day-time population is obviously highly educated highly paid folks with the Marine base or contractors that support the Base but the demographics of the people who actually live in Quantico is a little more spotty.

Good Day BP,hope all of you are well, I am a lead Carpenter with a great team that work for a construction company with great carpenters that have 30 years of building experience in Marin county California.

I come from a background of 20 years teaching students with special needs while my husband served in the Marine Corps, 5 years as a realtor in San Diego, business owner in the Middle East and now self-employed real estate investor, representing myself as well as some other investors in mostly residential real estate across the country.

Proximate to Quantico Marine Base in major US Rt 1/I-95 transit corridor anticipated to become significant gateway to Stafford from the North. 35 miles south of Washington, DC.
