    Hey, my name is Jacob Arp. About two years ago I graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and have been working on the Houston Ship Channel since. 

    About two months ago I was turned on to bigger pockets podcast by a friend, and have been avidly educating myself on general real estate information as well as Houston specific. Always looking forward forward to learning more through other's experiences and my own research.
