I assume there are always the crazies, but hoping this area is at least a little more low-key- And I'm sure there are a ton I simply don't yet know to ask!

People say agents are good at negotiating, but in most cases that’s simply not true, in fact pretty much every deal I’ve ever done, I’ve been able to save 10-15k through just simply out negotiating the other party, most agents just want to get to the finish, not go to bat for their client over 5-10k. 

Just wanted  to let you know simply being a veteran may not be the best thing to deny a tenant. 

As for your tiny home photo, I'm simply not a fan of that design.

Reminder too that once you get more properties under your belt and begin having a bigger real estate investor portfolio your file begins to get more complicated and even a simply loan like DSCR sometimes may ask to prove other items.

Simply tell him he can: do it himself as per the rent or hire someone at his expense or have it included in the higher rent...or he can move once his lease is up.If it is weeds, then he should be pulling those so they don't grow. 

Or is the opposing attorney simply telling you that they sent it to you?

Or it simply to find a city where you can rent an investment property full-time on Airbnb?
