I agree, Mantua is just too close to U-City, Center City, Schulkyll Yards, and multiple interstate entrances to not take off in a big way.

Hi Darius, it completely depends on amenities of the property/complex (pool, work out room, home office support, cooking/entertaining areas, etc), the specific location (adjacent to a park or interstate highway) and the upgrades to the unit itself (lvp vs carpeting, quartz/granite vs laminate counters...)We manage a large multifamily in Sylvania appraised at $250k/unit with 2/2 units and it brings over $1k/mo in rent.

They go for about $100/mo where I'm from.Two major interstates intersect in downtown Amarillo and there was a HUGE billboard that was vacant in that intersection.
