RV Park labor & Management expenses
Hi all,
Currently reviewing an opportunity for an RV park. Mixed between long and short-term. Amenities, pool, Office, etc, near major interstate exit.
How should I be reviewing expense ratio's and assumptions on labor/payroll and management company charges? Any anecdotes/input/advice is appreciated.
