Toledo Area Rents - A Neighborhoods

I would very much appreciate help in understanding the current rental ranges one could expect in the A+ to B+ areas in and around Toledo. I have in mind a 3/2 SFR or a 2/2 apartment in a small multi-unit in any of the following locations: Perrysburg, Maumee, Sylvania, Whitehouse, Franklin Park, Ottawa Hills and Bowling Green. Thanks in advance for any information you may be able to provide.

Hi Darius, it completely depends on amenities of the property/complex (pool, work out room, home office support, cooking/entertaining areas, etc), the specific location (adjacent to a park or interstate highway) and the upgrades to the unit itself (lvp vs carpeting, quartz/granite vs laminate counters...)

We manage a large multifamily in Sylvania appraised at $250k/unit with 2/2 units and it brings over $1k/mo in rent.

I would postulate your areas will earn:

- $900-3000 for single family homes in a wide range of conditions and amenities

- $700-1500 for 2/2 apartment units again with a wide range of conditions and amenities.

Buy something on a golf course and you will have higher rents still.
