@Alyssa LebetsamerHelp,I am a currently full time in law enforcement looking to get into flips and buy and holds.From the LE side I would say get all police reports related to this incident, get all body camera footage, get the 911 dispatch recordings, get the 911 cad print outs, and a copy of any other evidence that may exist.

Hi,We have a failed shower pan that resulted in some mold on the adjacent wall and required removal and replacement of tile in the shower and the bathroom floor.We filed a claim with our insurance and was rejected considering this as a long term incident and wear and tear of the shower pan.

They also likely wouldn't contact you unless there was a major incident, most of what you like likely would not qualify as a major task.
