A neighbor used our water to fill their swimming pool. So we have a rental property that the tenant just recently moved out of. I went and checked on it today and the neighbor has an above ground swimming pool with a garden hose stretch from our water faucet to their swimming pool. They were outside next to the pool having a good old time. They went inside pretty quick after I came out, But the garden hose was still stretched. I’m not sure how much of a water bill it would Amount to. My wife was with me and did not want me to say anything so I took a little video of it and left. I guess we need to get a renter in the place quick. Those sort of things happen more on vacant properties. I did not want to have a major conflict over a small item.
