I have attended a few seminars on property investing and have researched a few companies that offer the services of finding, planning, organising finance, contractual agreements covering firewalls between properties, accountancy, etc.. such as JDL Strategies, Lunch Money Property Millionaire - Phil Anderson, Greenlight property Solutions, Whytes Wealth Creation, and Sterling Group to name a few.

Matt:I moved six mortgages from Scotia 2-3 years ago (after a 35-year banking relationship) because, as an organisation, they have forgotten customer service {despite the heroic efforts of my local agent}.Their "blanket" or "portfolio" offering at the time was not worth the effort - many other lenders were far more responsive.

Just not renewing the lease.The tenant took legal advise and a lawyer non profit organisation contacted me referring to the Tenant Relief Act of 2020 and the Tenant Protection Act of 2019, and the ending of a periodic lease is not considered “just cause” for eviction under these laws...

should a young couple coming to a new rental, get back their first month rent, because they ahvent been able to enjoy peace of settling into the apartment they organised from months befre becqause it has a severe coachroach infestationi'm unsure why it wasnt treated befre they were due to move in or as soon as they arrived.its now 3 weeks laterthey have had to move around couch surfbe in temporary housingthis has impacted them enormuslyshock distresseggs in their clothing that need all to be washedthey couldnt settle immediately before starting demanding new jobs their ability to start their new jobs to studyand to sit examsmoving state and starting new jobs is hard enough exhausting enough without coming to a cochroach infested apartment and moving around until the prperty manager has it treated.should they get back their first months rent as they havent been able to be settled in the housing that they had organised from months beforeand the stress and damage and loss of income has been enormous.
