Hi, My name is Steve and I am very new to the property investing game. I have attended a few seminars on property investing and have researched a few companies that offer the services of finding, planning, organising finance, contractual agreements covering firewalls between properties, accountancy, etc.. such as JDL Strategies, Lunch Money Property Millionaire - Phil Anderson, Greenlight property Solutions, Whytes Wealth Creation, and Sterling Group to name a few. But I have only been able to find so much information related to them and not really find anyone that had success unless they were promoted by the company themselves.

Is there anyone that has had dealing with any of these types of companies and what was your opinion of their value?

The reason for my interest in using something like this is that my work, and lifestyle do not leave to much time at the moment for continued research into property and worthwhile investment opportunities.

thanks for any feedback it would be much appreciated.
