Brianna:Banks will try to muscle you into submitting your taxes along with your mortgage payments - here they'll also try to sell you {life/disability} insurance to cover the mortgage in the event you are hit by a bus - however, they cannot force you to pay your taxes through them.

The exterior isn't in too bad shape, and the interior is going to take alot of weekends and sore muscles.

I would say ABSOLUTELY stay away from landlording.If you want to flex your artistic muscle, I would suggest rehabbing.

I like to exercise that "risk muscle" that Frank McKinney refers to all the time.

Your draw to fire time is also pretty slow until you have built the muscle memory.

I've only done commercial RE renos with a 'plugged-in' architect and 'connected' expeditors.Even though it's under the clean image of Fulop, the muscle memory and the seedy institutions that make it the most corrupt city in the history of the United States live on indefinitely.  

I am sure he is very angry about this but I am just too stressed to muscle my way in the house.
