After all, many here have yet to do their first deal, taking it all in, which is good, but again, taking it all in, still trying to pull the trigger.Best thing I can recommend for you is to go visit areas of Jacksonville where you want to own property, start looking at the values in the area, what the rents are and what cap rate you can live with based on rents and prices.

The homeowner claimed the house in still in really good shape, the tenant has been good at paying rent and even proposed a lease option to buy, and the appliances were all new and installed upon creation of this property.From this, I wouldn't imagine maintenance would be too much of a problem; neither would major replacements or repairs.
