Hi, my name is Felecia. I'm from Jacksonville Fl. I currently work in social services. I enjoy helping people, but this enjoyment does nothing for my bank account. I'm ready to start living and not just working in this rat race. I have been reading and listening to podcast, to gain as much knowledge as I can. My goal is to purchase property and then rent them out. I want to make a lot of money and I'm prepared to work hard to achieve my goals.
