@Scott Trench Creating a website focused on passive investor education that is sponsored by deal sponsors is removing the independence of the site, IMO.

I don’t have that time.Without speaking for our moderation team, I’d hazard a guess that posts from your team are in some cases adding little to no value to threads, and because some of those folks are the first or most frequent to respond, other agents who aren’t even part of your team who post similarly are being associated with Reafco.

It turns their negative review into an opportunity to educate the public on how we deal with difficult customers, which reflects well on us.

I do hold a realtor license in FL that I dont use to often, but has been a great education tool and benefit for my own personal transactions. 

It’s new to me so I will educate myself on DSCR.

Hopefully, he has the courage to continue on his REI education journey, and keep coming back to this awesome community where others will actually give him advice. sometimes the truth is what is needed.. wholesaling is a dying niche states are outlawing it as we speak.

These folks dont understand what SUBTO is aside from an "education" or "mentorship".
