Property Management - Cleveland, OH

Hey all! I am currently closing on an occupied duplex in Cleveland, Ohio on 5/25, my first property in the area. Right now my biggest issue is property management, I have a few companies I have been considering but would still like to reach out to a few more. I was hoping I could get on here and get some referrals from other Cleveland investors for good property managers?

Also, any tips or suggestions for owning rental property in Cleveland would be greatly appreciated too! Thanks everyone!

My big recommendation for you, is to go with people who match your needs and values. There's a property manager in Cleveland for just about every style of investor.

What kind of landlord do you want to be? Low, middle or upper income? 
What's important to you when working with the property manager? How fast do you expect communication?
Do you want someone who's going to focus on constant cash flow, or focus on long term tenants with less turnover?
Do you want a manager with a youtube channel or someone who's in the field?

There's a lot of good people out there. Talk to a lot of us. You'll find the right one.
