wholesaling is not worth it if you aren't an experienced operator.

How can you say that? There are countless "newbies" who wholesale part-time and have done 1-2 deals their first year. They made some money, and paid off a CC or took their family on a well-deserved vacation. Why do you get to decide what is worth it and what is not?

You offered no solution to his roadblocks. Hopefully, he has the courage to continue on his REI education journey, and keep coming back to this awesome community where others will actually give him advice.

Is this a joke post? Are you trying to be funny? For every newbie wholesaler who does 1-2 deals, there are 100 or more who spend their last dime on one month of marketing and don't realize how long it takes to get deals done. 95% of wholesalers are focused on the check and not the client so they aren't solution-oriented and miss the mark every day. By telling everyone to wholesale to become an investor, you are just pushing them down a path of projected failure.

"Why do you get to decide what is worth it and what is not?" - hmm. Isn't this a forum where people are asking for help? Who are you and what is your experience in wholesaling? I have been doing off-market acquisition for more than 30 years so I think I have some advice to share so people don't step in the same potholes that millions of newbies have by trying to build a wholesaling business without access to ARV and no knowledge of repair costs.

Under what rule is every response supposed to be solutions? Sometimes an idea or post is just a bad idea. I haven't spent 10 years in the forums here to pat everyone on the back. I don't give participation trophies. I get to the point and you are missing the point embarrassingly.
