We’re investors and have been buying houses in the area at a discount.

(Please note that I get a significant MSRP discount on my S-W purchases) Emerald is great from a water-based standpoint, but is a lot more pricey and I have not been able to justify buying it for use in my properties outside of one 120 year old banister. 

Now in Vegas at our place there there is non discount it cost about 3 to 4X to fill up the Tesla there.

20% discount from the current sale price? 

Better would be to create a partnership with a local company, like some kind of discount for referring every guest to them to use.

If 1 person gets 2 letters, one sends them to their professional and credible website, that shows how many reviews they have, happy clients, shows how awesome they flip the houses, has 3 blogs is involved with the community and has a tremendous web presence... and the other... nothing...if it were you, which card would you call?

Then say you wouldn’t have purchased and don’t want the property, or prove it hurts the value and ask for a discount.

If your son is a student does he get a discount through the school?   

Sometimes there’s discounts and benefits if it’s a bank that you use for checking or savings, so if you have banking relationships with any of the companies below I would start there!
