I have a small multi family property under contract in New Mexico.

I'm currently under contract for raw land in New Mexico and I'm wondering if there is a way to get around "Broken Priority" when I go to get a construction loan a couple years down the line.

Really we should be talking about "construction quality" in general rather than caring about whether the house is built in a factory by robots in Mexico, on site by highly paid American tradesmen.

So if it cost me a $10 fee to pull out $300 equivalent on Mexico for example, I get the $10 back. 

Globally is a huge place.We will probably see some areas of the globe settle into a lower gear, but other areas such as Namibia (that are not so outwardly focused with their economies) may see little change.I assume America (USA, Canada and Mexico) will fare the best, and recover the fastest.When you are facing an uphill climb on a bike--just realize you will have to pedal harder to get to the top!
