@Dallon Schultz Thank you so much for reaching out. I wasn’t entirely sure how to navigate around so I figured I would just put a general statement out there.

Currently I run a gym here in la quinta Ca (just outside of Palm Springs) Im looking to get into real estate investing out here, however I'm single and looking to do this as my sole source of income and ultimately build up a solid portfolio so I am willing to re-locate if the opportunity presents itself. I am extremely ambitious and want to learn and soak up as much knowledge as possible. I've been researching wholesale flipping in detail but am not stuck on one particular form of REI.
