Manatee Sarasota Fl. area newbie

Hello, I live in Manatee county and currently looking for my first property. I’d like to start with a duplex within Sarasota or Manatee county’s. Willing to go a little further but would rather be fairly close. Being new, I am not looking for a total gut job, more cosmetic to add value.

I will also be looking to build a team: pm, lender, wholesalers, contractors etc.

My goal is 20 doors in the next couple years.
