The bigger concern most STR owners face has less to do with liability for actions of guests using free WiFi at a rental property, but how having their "smart" locks and IoT devices are on the same network as their devices, forcing communications through older, insecure protocols, and exposing their furnished rentals to significant risk of compromise from someone with a fairly basic idea knowledge of Internet security and few web searches.

The cabinets I purchased are white shaker cabinets which I am sure are probably 50% of his sales...I feel like a good compromise is that he exchanges the cabinets for the proper size and I am on the hook for the cost of the handyman assembling the cabinets.

my wife acknowledges the benefits, but would rather have a larger nest egg or S&P liquid investments vs. commercial real estate, so I basically have to double up savings before firing away.Bottom line, have to communicate and decide on a compromise investment strategy that is sustainable for the long term.

In truth, if anybody/anything should be on lockdown, we should just tell old people and severely health compromised people to stay home, and everybody else should be TRYING to catch the darn thing.
