You should consider looking to try and get a deal in Pine Hills.

But, do a google search on the Pine Crest development in Woodmere, and also all of the condo/townhouse/mansion development in Chagrin Falls along Chagrin Blvd in the hills before it becomes Main Street.

Western NC investor here…If you are thinking about buying in the mountains, Burnsville is up and coming, Spruce Pine has some nice opportunities and Mars Hill is blowing up.
