Hi Guys,My name is Eddie and I've been lurking on forums for a while now and reading/listening to bigger pockets podcast and absorbing info like crazy. 

Welcome @Brian MartinMy advise would be to absorb as much free information as you can from BP, local investors and REI groups as mentioned above. 

I'm trying to learn and absorb as much information as possible and get started. 

Offer what you can and absorb what everyone else offers.2.

However, there is a LOT to absorb here and I've had to give up other things in my schedule to devote what I consider to be sufficient time for me to get the most I can out of this site.  

I've been listening to BP podcasts for the past 2 weeks and absorbing all the great info I can about wholesaling.

*hint (has much to do with this site).Looking to absorb the knowledge from those that have the experience and success in Real Estate.

I am new to BP and in just a few hrs have absorbed so much information.

There IS a learning curve with this and cleanup requires more attention to remove the sticky residue, but it need not be sealed and will not absorb dirt and stains, making it much easier to clean.

You absorb what you can.
