Newbie in Winston Salem/Thomasville NC
My name is Alli Mayfield and I'm in the NC triad. I'm about to buy my first property (I think) which would be a 1960 duplex ranch. I'm targeting multi-family properties (less than 4 units) or single family (3 bed, 2bath) homes. Foreclosures I've seen have been a-mess and I'm not looking to buy a fixer upper (at least for my first property). I'm trying to learn and absorb as much information as possible and get started. Would love any advice/tips/help!!!
