I am a reservist in the United States Marine Corps and do not have much saved (a few thousand saved up) and am looking to go to auction to purchase distressed properties to flip.

I just transitioned out of the United States Marine Corps after serving for almost 10 years.

We were looking for a home to secure prior to transitioning out of the Marine Corps.

I'm a disabled vet from the Marine Corps and used my VA loan privileges before.

It's the very worse thing, unless I had no desire to have them as tenants again.I have to think differently than I did as a young Marine willing to sleep in the wet mud and like it!

I remember him coming up with some concoction that he marinated in an old sour kraut crock in the storage shed we had in the basement.
