This Single Family Home was purchased as a primary residence with the aspiration of it being a "Live In Flip" We closed on this property September 2020 however waited until April 2021 to begin renovations. We are hoping that with our 25k investment and current market conditions continuing we will increase our equity to 40k which will be used to fund our future rental home acquisition.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
The location of the home is in a quiet sub division located in a desirable City. This City has a great School System. We were looking for a home to secure prior to transitioning out of the Marine Corps. Overall the house had vast potential for a fix and flip and everything could be done while residing in the property!
