The President’s declaration allows HUD to offer foreclosure relief and other assistance to certain families living in this county.HUD is: Granting immediate foreclosure relief – HUD granted a 90-day moratorium on foreclosures and forbearance on foreclosures of Federal Housing Administration (FHA)-insured home mortgages; Making mortgage insurance available – HUD's Section 203(h) program provides FHA insurance to disaster victims who have lost their homes and are facing the daunting task of rebuilding or buying another home.

Last time I did this, I spent five days and only got two of 6 to show up and of the two, one never passed me his bids and one turned out to be a bathroom specialist only and did not want the other task associated with the job.  

What I've learned with handymen and contractors and such is that they are very task-oriented, rather than big picture oriented.

I think that Access (a relational database) would be much more suitable for the task.

@Michael Huang, What task are you trying get done.

I was learning on the sidelines without realizing that some day I may use what I learned and start my own REI adventure. 

Since our budget to start this adventure is small, most  of the potential homes we are finding are very old & have fireplaces.

Really learning an area from the ground up is quite a task.
