How have you guys grown from one deal at a time to multiple deals?

I've grown up in the Edmonds area my whole life and am now looking to invest around here.

I recommend a more organic approach of meeting other local investors, genuinely taking an interest in what they're doing, and genuinely trying to help them succeed.

As a Floridian originally from Miami we've seen how Miami, Orlando and Tampa have grown substantially.

I agree with Scott, I think before you spend money on leads you should grow organically and get some more "at bats" at being a property manager full-time and build out some processes.
