How to be successful buying 4 real estate properties in 4 years

I need some advice to push toward my goal of buying 4 houses in 4 years as long-term rental properties. Who would love to mentor me here. I just took a cash out refi to buy 1-4 and will have this completed by September. I just don't see how people can get all these assets so quick on one salary. How do the banks allow the financing?

Thank you,

Why is your goal 4 houses in 4 years? What are you chasing? The number of doors or the income to eventually create time freedom? 4 in 4 years is a common scale like 1 this year, but you may find a better door that yields more so you won't need to do 4 in 4. You could, but I would focus on assets, not doors. What if you get 4 doors in 4 years, but 2 of the doors are net negative?

Your job now is to make a smart first purchase. What's your plan for the first target?
