(higher rate)or do 5% FHA and get creamed by all the fees?

I'm actually hoping for someone who will help me see the worst case scenario, too, because when everything is peaches and cream, and that's all I see, I could be in big trouble.  

Victims already have so few safe places to turn, they should have the opportunity, if they qualify on other criteria, to rent a new safe home.All this said, it does drive me bananas when I see another article that says "so and so is being evicted for the second time in a year... so sad... they could not find another place to rent in time" - that never mention that the tenant did not pay rent. 

My good friend is a Commercial Apartment broker and the amount of interest he is getting in small multi families from investors all over the world looking to invest in them is BANANAS!

Cash flow is the cream on top.  

Entrepreneurs are a very small part of any population and thus those that have been able to survive and endure are really the cream of the crop of their country, regardless of where they stem from. 

What's your secret to quickly finding the cream of the crop on facebook ?
