Looking for real estate CPA in Duluth, MN

My daughter and I are analyzing the numbers on two Class B 10+ units in Northern Wisconsin.  We have a real estate agent we're working with; however, we're looking for a CPA and a lawyer.  We've worked with a lawyer in Duluth on two of our properties already; however, I'm searching for someone who is as excited about real estate as we are.  Any referrals will be appreciated.  Thank you!
