But its like 2k post cards per deal and this includes several mailings and lots of calling in a drip campaign.I've recently talked to a leads consultant who offers botique leads and has really honed her craft of finding stress in ways that do not over lap the over subscribed to lead sources.  

I'm about to mail a dirty postcard, where I call out all the other guys in my area.

You can market directly to active buyers with postcards/letters for quick responses.

Is there a certain way to talk to them sort or how you may be sensitive with probate or do you put the same things on post cards or letters that I usually put?

I'm looking to take these leads and send the owners either a yellow letter or postcard, I may mix it u, and convert these into some wholesale deals.
