scripts
Dose anyone have a mailer scrip that they have had success with for sending out mailers for wholesaling leads ie. we buy homes or cash for homes. I'm looking for something that you have had success with. In my reading on the subject it suggest to use a proven method instead of trying to re-invent the wheel. Any other scripts for cold calling buyers and sellers are welcome as well. I did not see many in the downloads and I would like to have a couple.

It's always best to NOT have a formal script. But have a form that prompts you to get specific info and talk to them without a script. I find this to be a more effective way to talk to these people. But have specific questions that you want to ask them but make it where it does not sound like you are reading it from a script. People will pick up on that. That's my opinion of 17 years in this business and talking to hundreds of sellers.
