Cash flow I feel I can project at 90-95% accuracy prior to buying and appreciation at much lower accuracy, but I believe that if I'm buying and market that is experiencing significant population and job growth, my properties will appreciate.

If you take a little time, you can calculate out with a decent amount of accuracy the normal electric and gas usage you can expect and adjust your asking rent amount by such.Or find 2 tenants who are family so they can pay the bill together.

That puts responsibility on the camera owner, defending the use, maintenance, recordings and accuracy of what is assumed to be viewed.Here in Mo. we can't just call up a plate number and learn who the owner is along with personal information, so, it's useless to me unless I can prove or show good cause to bring it to the attention of law enforcement.
